Are you following this?)Jacinta begins to think Garcia is fickle.The young women's friendship is beginning to fray around the edges.Seeing Garcia enter, they veil themselves.Jacinta, pretending to be Lucinda, suddenly reveals herself.Garcia seems to have eyes only for Jacinta, and Lucinda is hurt and confused.Jacinta thinks Garcia is a total liar.  Well, he is, isn't he?Tristan warns Garcia not to keep up his lying ways.Garcia returns Tristan's trust by handing him another enormous lie.Don Beltran hears that Garcia lied about the Salamanca wedding because he loves "Lucinda."Beltran agrees to obtain Lucinda's hand for Garcia.Jacinta's Uncle and Lucinda's Father -- conveniently dining together.Isabella announces a visitor -- Don Juan.Don Juan's commission has come through -- he can afford to marry Jacinta!Don Juan de Luna calls for Lucinda to meet her intended.A bit of last minute confusion, but Garcia ends up with Lucinda -- though not the one he wanted...
